You also agree that the lender is entitled to disclose your personal Schufa data to the commisioned by you broker and its employees for reasons of further advice. The Schufa information may also be made accessible to any possible co-applicant of this loan request.

SCHUFA stores and transmits the data to its contractual partners in the EU internal market in order to provide them with information for evaluation the creditworthiness of physical persons. SCHUFA´s contractual partners are primarely credit institutions as well as credit card and leasing companies.
